Mrs Anna Pearl Akiwumi Siriboe

With over 28 years of experience as a lawyer, Anna Pearl Akiwumi Siriboe currently serves as Chief State Attorney and Director of the Energy Division at the Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Justice. Pearl holds a distinguished academic background, including a Master’s in Business Administration from Rice University, an LLM in International Economic Law from the University of Houston, a Professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Ghana. Additionally, she has distinguished certifications in Energy Law.

 

Pearl is a notary public and has been awarded the honorary Order of the Volta in recognition of her outstanding service to the country particularly for her contributions to the legal team that handled the maritime boundary arbitration between Ghana and Cote D’Ivoire. Her extensive professional training spans pensions management, health administration, and other areas crucial to economic development. As an expert in the energy sector, she is accordingly a valued member of Ghana’s maritime technical committee. Pearl’s areas of specialization encompass arbitration (both local and international), pension management, trade, and health law.

 

Recognized for her expansive expertise, Pearl serves diligently on several prominent boards, including the Ghana Standards Authority, the Food and Drugs Authority, the Ghana Education Service Occupational Pension Scheme (GESOPS), Central Tender Review Committee (CTRC) and the Allied Health Professions Council, among others.
