With about 24 years of experience as a lawyer, Pearl is a Chief State Attorney and serves as the current Director of the Energy Division of the Ministry of Justice & Attorney General’s Office. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration, an LLM in International Economic Law, a Professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law and a B.A. in Law and Political Science.

She is a member of the Governing Board of the Food and Drugs Authority.
